KIMJJANMUL(이하 “운영자”)은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관계 법령을 준수합니다.

KIMJJANMUL (“the operator”) treats personal information with care and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws.

수집 항목 · Information collected

• 문의 시 — 이메일 주소, 문의 내용
• 서비스 이용 시 — 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 기기 정보 및 이용 기록

• When you contact us — your email address and the content of your message
• When you use a service — the minimum device information and usage records needed to provide it

이용 목적 · Purpose of use

• 문의 응대 및 고객 지원
• 서비스 제공, 오류 개선 및 품질 향상

• Responding to inquiries and providing customer support
• Delivering the service, fixing errors and improving quality

보유 및 파기 · Retention & deletion

수집 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 관계 법령이 보관을 요구하는 경우 그 기간 동안만 보관합니다.

Information is deleted without delay once the purpose of collection has been fulfilled. Where the law requires retention, it is kept only for the period the law specifies.

제3자 제공 · Third parties

운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 따른 요구가 있는 경우에 한해 예외로 합니다.

The operator does not sell or disclose personal information to third parties. The only exception is where disclosure is required by law.

이용자의 권리 · Your rights

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. contact@kimjjanmul.com 으로 요청하시면 지체 없이 조치합니다.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal information at any time. Write to contact@kimjjanmul.com and we will act without delay.
